Founded in 1868, the church existed even before the town was founded. A small group of believers saw the need for a gospel presence in the railroad community and began gathering to worship. As Central has grown, so has the need for the gospel, and we continue to make Jesus known in our community.
What to Expect when you visit
We would love for you to visit with us on Sunday morning at 11am! This gathering is designed for the church body to gather and worship our Lord Jesus. We also encourage our members to invite friends to the service. The large gathering can be a great time to meet our people and to see what our church is about.
This time of worship includes prayer, singing, fellowship, giving, and preaching. Dress comfortably- some of our members wear suits while others wear jeans. We do offer childcare during the worship hour, which you are welcome to use.
